Hayuning Bhumi Makmur turns organic waste into compost and protein feed using Black Soldier Fly larvae. We’re looking for people who want to do that work with us, in the field in Sleman and at our office in Mrican.

What the work involves

Numbers you can point to

You’ll track kilograms of waste diverted and larvae harvested, not just talk about sustainability in the abstract.

Fieldwork, not just reports

Some weeks you’re checking bin sorting at a hotel kitchen. Others you’re monitoring larvae growth cycles at the farm in Sinduadi.

Partners who stay partners

You’ll train restaurant and hotel staff directly, then follow up on whether the sorting habits actually stuck.

Waste receiving, BSF larvae rearing, and compost and feed production, day to day.
